Abstract
Statistical relationships between the numbers of tropical cyclones in both the Western Atlantic and the Southeastern Pacific oceans with the annual rainfall in Tacubaya, D. F. are shown: such relationships modified according to the concomitant intensities of El Niño.The study comprises the period 1921-1984.
