Abstract

The Maneadero Valley in Ensenada, B. C., is part of the zones affected by the NW extremity of the Agua-Blanca Fault. At CICESE we have performed an integrated geophysical study using different methods, in order to determine deep geological structures of the valley. The gravimetric map of Bouguer Anomaly and the basement surface map show a large sedimentary basin, limited to the South West by the Agua Blanca normal fault. Three profiles of collinear telluric fields ratio show, besides the Agua Blanca fault, some ondulations in the basement, which agree with the gravimetric data obtained.
