Resumen
En un artículo reciente, Bandy et al. (1993) reportan los resultados de modelado de datos de gravedad marina para el margen continental del Bloque Jalisco. En la Figura 5 de su artículo, uno espere que la línea A-A' sea normal a la dimensión más larga de la anomalía, ya que utilizan un modelo bidimensional, donde la densidad no cambia a lo largo del rumbo. Sin embargo, la línea A-A' en realidad corre paralelo a la huelga, en contra del uso común en modelos bidimensionales.
