On the normal thermal state of the troposphere-ocean-continent system in the Northern hemisphere.
Main Article Content
Abstract
Using the author's thermal model the normal temperatures in the Mid-Troposphere and at the surface of the earth in the Northern Hemisphere are computed for April, July and October. A discussion is given of the importance of cloudiness, heating other than radiation, horizontal turbulent transport and storage of thermal energy in oceans and troposphere for the maintenance and prediction of the thermal state of the Troposphere-Ocean-Continent System.
